There is no definitive border between the two communities, they were originally known as Feasterville/Trevose but the 2010 U.S. Census now counts them as separate communities.

To locals, Trevose starts on Route 1 at the Philadelphia border and Feasterville is the area surrounding the Bustleton Pike and Street Road intersection, although both communities share a zip code.
